Warranty Policy

1) Scope of this warranty

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, many electronic items include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the delivery date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Manufacturer warranties (if any) may apply.

2) What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship during normal consumer use.
• Failure of hardware components not caused by external damage or unauthorised modification.

Where covered faults occur, we’ll provide repair, replacement, or refund depending on feasibility and availability.

3) What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, liquid ingress, improper installation, incompatible voltage/plug standards, or failing to follow instructions.
• Normal wear and tear; cosmetic issues; consumables and basic accessories unless faulty on arrival.
• Software issues, malware, data loss, or third-party app/service incompatibility.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications (incl. rooting/jailbreaking, custom firmware).
• Pixel behaviours within manufacturer tolerance; expected battery capacity reduction over time.
• Commercial/industrial use unless specified for such use.

4) DOA & transit damage

Transit damage: if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. DOA: if the product is non-functional on first use, contact us within 7 days for priority replacement or refund (subject to inspection).

5) How to make a warranty claim

Email info@clevon.co.uk with subject “Warranty Claim”, including order number, product/SKU, detailed fault description, and photos/videos (we may request serial number). We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

6) Costs & shipping

If a fault is confirmed, we cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label where applicable. If no fault is found or the issue is excluded, return shipping may be your responsibility. For international returns, mark as “Warranty return”.

7) Repairs, replacements & refunds

• Repair: by us or manufacturer using new/equivalent-to-new parts.
• Replacement: same model or equivalent/better if repair is not feasible in a reasonable time.
• Refund: if neither repair nor replacement is appropriate.

Repaired/replacement items continue the remaining original warranty or 90 days from return—whichever is longer.

8) Data, settings & backups

Please back up your data and remove personal information before sending devices for service. We are not responsible for data loss or settings changes during service.

9) Business customers (B2B)

For purchases via b2b@clevon.co.uk, remedies and timelines may differ per invoice/contract. Mandatory rights unaffected.

10) Exclusions & limitations

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses (e.g., data loss, lost profits, downtime) except where prohibited by law. Our maximum liability in relation to a warranty claim will not exceed the product’s purchase price.

11) Changes to this Warranty Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date above reflects the latest version. Material changes generally apply to purchases made after publication unless required otherwise by law.
