1. Delivery Coverage

We ship across the UK and to many international destinations. Available services, prices, and estimates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier availability.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once shipped.

4. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete details.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

Failed delivery attempts may result in depot hold or return. Redelivery/return charges may apply. Use carrier tools to reschedule or add instructions where available.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.

7. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Quoted timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs inspections, peak seasons, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Transit damage: if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Lost shipments: contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
