Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Unused, original condition with full manufacturer packaging.
• All accessories/manuals included, with proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

Email info@clevon.co.uk with order number and reason. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and instructions. Mark the RMA on the parcel and pack securely.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind / Not suitable: Customer pays return postage.
• Faulty or incorrect item: We cover reasonable return costs (prepaid label or approval).

We recommend tracked/insured service.

3A. International Returns

Mark parcels as “Returned goods” to avoid import charges on re-entry. Duties/taxes paid originally are set by local authorities and are non-refundable. Improper declarations may lead to deductions.

4. Items Not Eligible

• Used or customer-damaged products.
• Returns after 30 days.
• Gift cards and downloadable software.
• Personalised/custom items or clearance (unless defective).

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

For transit damage, note with courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. For DOA or faults, contact us within 7 days; we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with law.

6. Refunds

After inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Original shipping is refundable only if we are at fault (wrong/defective item). Currency conversion differences may occur.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.
